Service Policy
I. After-sales Service Methods Provided by the Company1. Consulting Service: If users encounter any problems during use, they can call the consultation hotline: 022-23737718 or log on to http://www.tjut.com for inquiries.
2. Replacement Service: For products within the replacement period, if there are quality problems caused by the manufacturer, users can go to the distributor to get a free replacement (for appearance damage, it will be handled as warranty service).
3. Warranty Service: For products within the warranty period, if quality problems occur, users can go to the local after-sales service center to enjoy warranty service; if there is no local after-sales service center, users can entrust the distributor to provide warranty service.
4. Maintenance Service: For products within the maintenance period, if quality problems occur, users can go to the local after-sales service center or entrust the distributor to request maintenance service.
II. From the date of purchase, if the product has quality problems under normal use conditions:
1. The purchase date shall be subject to the date on the purchase invoice (if there is no purchase invoice, it shall be subject to the production date).
2. The company shall not undertake after-sales service obligations for products without barcodes or serial numbers.
3. Quality problems do not include users' personal subjective objections to hand feel, appearance, etc.
4. The replacement and warranty services are only valid under normal use conditions: all man-made damages (such as users disassembling the machine by themselves, improper connection and use, connecting to a power supply with improper voltage, failure to use in accordance with the instruction manual, etc.), damages caused by transportation and other accidents, force majeure such as natural disasters, and maintenance and modification not approved by the company are not within the scope of free replacement and warranty; appropriate fees will be charged for maintenance services.
5. For the service of discontinued models, the company will only conduct functional repairs (the appearance may be different from the original product).
6. The warranty service does not cover the outer shell, instruction manual and packaging.
III. When requesting service, please bring the original warranty card and purchase invoice. Please keep the warranty card and purchase invoice properly. The warranty card shall not be altered; otherwise, it will be invalid.
IV. Before using the company's products, please carefully read the product instruction manual.
Note: The company reserves the final right of interpretation for the after-sales service terms of this product.
